Field Services Support Specialist

The Opportunity

Due to significant business growth in NSW, we are excited to offer this newly created position reporting to the Market Development Manager. The role of Field Services Support Specialist is to provide operations support for installers to ensure quality practices and industry standards are followed. Collecting and reviewing data on-site and performing safety audits as required.

Connecting with customers daily, both residential and commercial, will require a high level of professionalism, customer services skills and regulatory scheme understanding. This role works closely with the Compliance team and the Head of WHS&E to identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure that the MAC remains at the forefront of quality, innovation, generosity and sustainability.

Key areas of Responsibility

  • Undertake submissions and related activities on behalf of installers
  • Collection and compliance checks on data and documentation against standards
  • Ensure product details, decommissioning and training logs are accurate and maintained in system
  • Carry out safety inspections and audits on businesses and installer businesses
  • Identify and return errors to installers/suppliers from desktop and field audits.

Customer Service Officer

The Opportunity

We are seeking an extraordinary customer-focused individual to join our growing team to provide exceptional support to our customers and installers. You can expect to be responsible for;

  • Providing inbound and outbound call centre support for new and existing customers.
  • Managing documentation and data generated from residential activities.
  • Undertaking administration support for a wide range of scheme-based activities.

  • Strong time management with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a small team across a wide range of capabilities.
  • Administration knowledge and high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and proven customer service skills.
  • Demonstrates adaptability, positivity and has a problem solving can do attitude.
