The application is a too complex process with the variety of documents required to be supplied, though this is a Government impost, not one from MAC Trade services. My first 2 submissions were deficient due to how the required documents were explained on the application site and what I was supplied with by my electricity company. My first phone call to MAC was not entirely helpful. Later my application was rejected because of my own onboarding//nominations error. I had to call MAC trade several times. And every instance was professional, courteous and most of all honest. Where my electricity retailer was guarded and at first unwilling, MAC trade was open. It took 7 months to sort my problem and receive my rebate, with assistance of both my energy retailer and MAC. The emails that followed the application were always polite and clear what was needed.The examples were helpful I completed it over a few days on my phone. I had difficulties with downloading PDF documents but then tried photos of documents which worked better. I had to later send copies of documents which the supplier had provided to me. To be fair my IT skills are basic. The former project encountered some difficulties in getting compatibility with our legacy PV system but the team from MTS worked persistently until a successful outcome was achieved. The battery was installed without problems. We are very happy with both jobs. We found MAC Trade Services to be very professional, very proficient and very reliable in all their dealings with us. This was a great decision signing up for this program with Mac trade services finally got something back for battery installation, which I could say same for my VPP
